Requirements :

• Female, max. 35 years old • Master\'s Degree in Psychology, with minimum GPA 3.00 • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field at reputable Hospital • Having experience in conduct Psychological assessment & scoring • Good health and physical fitness • Able to deal with emotionally challenging situations • Good analytical thinking, good communication and human relationship skills • Familiar with microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Fluent in English communication skill, both oral and written

Responsibilities :

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. - Screening resumes. - Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. - Administering appropriate company assessments. - Performing reference and background checks. - Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
